Dr. McKim, Boise Plastic Surgeon

Thomas McKim, MD is an accomplished Boise plastic surgeon. Prior to practicing in Boise, Idaho, he attended the University of Oregon where he majored in general science and completed his pre-med requirement in an accelerated program. He was a member of Asklepiad, a pre-med honorary society. He earned his doctorate at the University of Oregon Medical School. Upon graduating, Dr. McKim went to San Jose for his internship in Fresno, CA.

After completing General Surgery training, Dr. McKim joined his father in practice at the Baker Clinic in Baker City, Oregon, where he practiced General Surgery for ten years. Dr. McKim developed an interest in plastic surgery and moved to Lexington, Kentucky where he served a residency in Plastic Surgery at the University of Kentucky. Plastic Surgery training completed, Dr. McKim and his family moved to Saudi Arabia where he practiced as a plastic surgeon with the Arabian American Oil Company. After spending almost six years in Saudi Arabia, they returned to the USA and settled in Boise with a plastic surgery office offering outstanding cosmetic solutions.

Dr. McKim has been Board Certified by the American Society of Plastic Surgery.
